One week in Florence: Day 2 - Hard Rock Cafè

One of the places you can't miss if you're  going to Florence  is the Hard  Rock Cafè. As  you  know I'm  a big fan of rock music and seeing/being a  few cm near my idols' guitars and clothes is unbelievable!!

Uno dei posti da vedere se andate a Firenze è l'Hard Rock Cafè! Come sapete sono una  grande fan della musica  rock e vedere/essere a pochi cm dalle chitarre e i vestiti  dei miei idoli  è incredibile!

One week in Florence: Day 1 - Ponte Vecchio

                                                               Hey guys, 

I'm so sorry I haven't been posting for one week, but I'm back with some interesting news I can't wait to share with you all! So this  first post is going to be about my week in  the beautiful Florence, one of the most beautiful cities in the world and the birthplace  of Renaissance. Saying that I love Florence would be a understatement! :) I completely  fell in love with it. There's just something in the air that never makes you wanna leave. 

So I'm going to start by Ponte Vecchio  because it's my favorite place ever! There’s nothing quite like ending a day in Florence perched in the center of the bridge overlooking the river as the sun goes down. And there I thought about how lucky I was to have spent the day in such a glorious city. So whatever you think about as you gaze at the Arno from the Ponte Vecchio, I hope you leave with a smile on your face like I did.

Sono dispiaciuta per non aver creato nuovi post questa settimana  ma sono  tornata con nuove ed interessanti news che non  vedo l'ora  di condividere con tutti voi!
Dunque, questo primo post sarà sulla  settimana che ho passato nella bellissima  Firenze, una  delle città più belle al mondo e la patria  del  Rinascimento. Dire che adoro Firenze sarebbe un eufemismo! :) Mi sono completamente innamorata di questa città.
Allora, inizierò da  Ponte Vecchio perchè è il mio posto preferito in  assoluto! Non c'è niente come la  fine di una giornata a Firenze, nel  centro del ponte
che si affaccia sul fiume, mentre cala il sole.
E lì ho pensato a quanto fossi stata fortunata  a passare una giornata  in una così gloriosa città.
Quindi a qualsiasi cosa penserete mentre vi troverete a guardare l'Arno da  Ponte Vecchio,  spero che ve ne andiate con un  sorriso, come ho fatto io.

Yesterday I performed with my band "Let the right one in" in my city. It was a charity concert for all the people who have been victims of the earthquake in Emilia Romagna!

Ieri mi sono  esibita  con la  mia  band "Let the right one in" nella mia  città in un concerto di beneficenza per aiutare le popolazioni terremotate dell'Emilia  Romagna!

Introducing me!

                                                       Ciao ragazzi!
 Prima di iniziare con posts sui miei looks e sulla musica vorrei parlarvi un pò di me. :)
 Mi chiamo Giusy  Ferrigno e sono nata il 10 aprile del 1997. Sono italiana ma ho origini americane da lato materno. Le mie passioni più grandi sono la musica e la  moda (che infatti saranno gli  argomenti principali di questo blog) . Ho iniziato ad esibirmi in pubblico quando avevo 13 anni in varie parti d'Italia e ora sto continuando il mio  percorso musicale con la mia band Let the right one in. La musica ha sempre esercitato un ruolo fondamentale nella mia vita, fin da piccola. La musica esprime ciò che sono, ciò che voglio essere. Mi completa.Ho ereditato questa passione dalla mia famiglia: a partire dalla mia bisnonna  che era insegnante di violino fino ad arrivare a tutti i miei zii che suonano  la chitarra fino a mio padre, bassista e cantante rock. Come ho già scritto prima, anche la moda è una mia grande passione, infatti mi piacerebbe molto lavorare come modella o comunque in questo campo. Pensate che da piccola (credo intorno ai 4 anni) mi esercitavo a  camminare sui tacchi a  spillo di mia madre con dei libri sulla testa immaginando di sfilare per uno stilista importante! 
Sono mancina e in quanto  tale sono molto artistica  e creativa. Adoro viaggiare e conoscere diverse culture,  parlo molto bene l'inglese (che praticamente è come se fosse una seconda  lingua  per me) ed abbastanza bene il francese e lo spagnolo che studio al liceo . Ciò che mi caratterizza di più è il mio essere sempre sorridente e positiva, sono anche una perferzionista infatti so sempre ciò che voglio. 
Spero che continuerete a visitare questo blog per scoprire ancora più cose su di me e il mio mondo ! :)

Before I start with posts about my looks or music, I want to talk a little bit about me. :)
My name's Giusy Ferrigno and I was born on April 10th in 1997. I'm italian but I've got american origins from my mother's side. My biggest passions are music and fashion (which are going to be the main topics of this blog) .I started performing in public when I was 13 in Italy and now I'm continuing my "musical journey" with my band Let the right one in. Music has always played a fundamental role in my life, since I was little.
Music expresses who  I am, who I want to be. It just completes me. I have inherited this passion from my family : from my great grandmother who was a violin teacher, my uncles who are amazing guitar players to my dad, a rock bassist and vocalist. As I already wrote before, another passion of mine is fashion, I'd love to work as a model. When I was just a little girl ( I was about 4 years old I think) I wore my mom's high heels with some books on my head pretending to parade for an important fashion designer!
I'm left-handed and as one of them I'm very artistic and creative! I love traveling and different cultures, I study languages so I can speak english ( which is like my second language) but also french and spanish too. What makes me special is that I am always smiling and positive.I am a perfectionist and I always know what I want!
